He is trained and experienced in Commercial Law, Construction Law, Company Law, Maritime Law, Labour Law, and Conveyancing and Drafting. Additionally, he possesses extensive expertise in Ethics and Compliance, Risk Management and Insurance, Claims Management, Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), and Company Secretarial Services.

 

He ensured that all the relevant permits and licences for the Tema Port Expansion Project were identified and obtained.  He additionally ensured that all permit conditions were tracked, managed and met within the required timelines.
