Securing environmental permits in Ghana’s requires navigating complex and evolving regulatory requirements, which can significantly influence project execution timelines. Challenges often arise from unclear project scopes, misalignment with regulatory expectations, and limited stakeholder engagement, which can lead to permitting delays.
