Continous Improvement
Challenge

Approach
A strategic mix of business improvement methodologies, change management practices, and stakeholder engagement were deployed.
Solution
The focus was on eliminating non critical activities. Transparent communication and inclusive engagement empowered employees to contribute cost-saving ideas.
Outcome
The department was streamlined from 135 to 60 employees, synergies were established, improving efficiency that generated $11 million savings over three years, exceeding set targets. Importantly, the transition was smooth, gaining community
and regulator support, and reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement.
