  • International Labour Organization (ILO) Core Labour Standards.

  • Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR).

  • OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
    - Ghana Labour laws and regional commitments under the African Union Human Rights Charter.

4. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and partners of OneWorld Sustainability Consult.
